Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of the GymShape mobile application and related services.

GymShape is operated by Ilija Stojanovski in North Macedonia and may be available internationally.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using GymShape, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use GymShape.
3. Account responsibility
- Provide accurate information and keep sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity through your account.
- Do not share, sell, transfer, or misuse Gym Partner access codes.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Health and medical disclaimer
GymShape provides general fitness and nutrition information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new workout or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or use medication.
Exercise safely and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
5. Free and paid services
GymShape may offer free features and separate paid digital products.
- Workout Premium provides premium workout access.
- Nutrition Plan is a separate paid product and is not included with Workout Premium.
- Gym Partner access may unlock Workout Premium for a fixed period but does not unlock Nutrition Plan.
6. Prepaid plans and expiration
Workout Premium and Nutrition Plan are offered as fixed prepaid access periods of 1, 3, or 6 months.
These plans do not renew automatically. Access ends when the purchased period expires unless you manually purchase or extend another plan.
The first version does not include a free trial or promotional pricing.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play terms, payment rules, and applicable law.
Refund eligibility is determined under Google Play policies and applicable consumer law. GymShape does not guarantee an automatic, partial, or full refund except where required by law or Google Play rules.
If a refund is approved, access to the refunded product may be deactivated.

8. Gym Partner codes and content
- Each Gym Partner code may be limited to one redemption.
- Access duration depends on the code issued by the partner gym.
- Invalid, inactive, expired, duplicated, or used codes may be rejected.
- Partner-gym news and schedules are informational and may change.
- Partner gyms do not receive access to personal GymShape data.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use GymShape for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity; bypass security or payments; interfere with the service; reverse engineer protected content except where law permits; or misuse Gym Partner codes.
10. Intellectual property
GymShape software, design, branding, text, exercise content, meal content, images, and other materials are owned by or licensed to GymShape unless stated otherwise. These Terms grant a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app.
11. Service availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or availability in every country or on every device.
12. Account suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or serious violations of these Terms.
You may stop using GymShape or permanently delete your account at any time. See the Delete Account page.
13. Disclaimers
GymShape is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Personalized plans are generated from information you provide and may not be suitable for every individual.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymShape and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, reliance on fitness or nutrition information, service interruptions, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
Before formal proceedings, contact support@gymshapeapp.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Unresolved disputes may be submitted to competent courts in North Macedonia unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when features, legal requirements, or business practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
