Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of the GymShape mobile application and related services.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using GymShape, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use GymShape.
3. Account responsibility
- Provide accurate information and keep sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity through your account.
- Do not share, sell, transfer, or misuse Gym Partner access codes.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Health and medical disclaimer
GymShape provides general fitness and nutrition information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new workout or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or use medication.
Exercise safely and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
Battle Mode is optional. A competitive timer or score must never override your personal limitations, safe technique, or medical advice.
5. Free and paid services
GymShape may offer free features and separate paid digital products.
- Workout Premium provides premium workout access.
- Nutrition Plan is a separate paid product and is not included with Workout Premium.
- Gym Partner access may unlock Workout Premium for a fixed period but does not unlock Nutrition Plan.
- Battle Mode may be available to users with active Workout Premium or Gym Partner workout access.
6. Prepaid plans and expiration
Workout Premium and Nutrition Plan are offered as fixed prepaid access periods of 1, 3, or 6 months.
These plans do not renew automatically. Access ends when the purchased period expires unless you manually purchase or extend another plan.
The first version does not include a free trial or promotional pricing.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing on Android or Apple In-App Purchase on iPhone and are subject to the applicable store terms, payment rules, and applicable law.
Refund eligibility is determined under the policies of the store that processed the purchase and applicable consumer law. GymShape does not guarantee an automatic, partial, or full refund except where required by law or the applicable store rules.
If a refund or revocation is approved, access to the affected product may be deactivated.

8. Gym Partner codes and content
- Each Gym Partner code may be limited to one redemption.
- Access duration depends on the code issued by the partner gym.
- Invalid, inactive, expired, duplicated, or used codes may be rejected.
- Partner-gym news and schedules are informational and may change.
- Partner gyms do not receive access to personal GymShape data.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use GymShape for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity; bypass security or payments; interfere with the service; reverse engineer protected content except where law permits; or misuse Gym Partner codes.
Battle Mode fair play
- Enter only repetitions you actually complete during your timed attempt.
- Do not manipulate Battle timing, scores, invitations, results, leaderboards, or another user's Battle account.
- Do not use Battle Codes or display names to harass, spam, impersonate, threaten, or target other users.
- Battle results are recreational fitness challenge results and are not a medical, diagnostic, or professional assessment of fitness.
Your Battle display name and leaderboard points may be visible to other eligible Battle Mode users. On iOS, Battle Mode displays a stable, non-editable generated alias instead of your account-provided name. Your opponent can see the final Battle score and result after the Battle is completed, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Report an abusive or offensive Battle display name or other Battle misconduct to support@gymshapeapp.com. Include the Battle Code or other information needed to identify the issue, but do not include your password.
10. Battle Mode Monthly Challenge — Official Rules
Sponsor: The Battle Mode Monthly Challenge is sponsored solely by GymShape operator Ilija Stojanovski, North Macedonia. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, the challenge or reward in any manner.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid GymShape account, and be legally permitted to participate where you live.
- You must have active Workout Premium or eligible Gym Partner workout access to use Battle Mode.
- No separate challenge entry fee is charged. Store purchases and Gym Partner access are governed by their separate terms.
Challenge period and scoring
- Each challenge period is one calendar month measured in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
- A ranked Battle requires both participants to submit a score greater than zero and satisfy the service's anti-abuse limits.
- For ranked Battles, a win earns 3 monthly points, a draw earns 1 monthly point, and a loss earns 0 monthly points.
- The current service limits ranking to no more than five distinct opponents per user per UTC day and does not rank repeated Battles against the same opponent on the same UTC day.
- GymShape may invalidate manipulated, automated, fraudulent, unsafe, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible results.
Winner and tie rule
The eligible user with the highest positive monthly point total after the month closes is the winner. If users have equal point totals, the current server applies a deterministic tie-break using the ascending internal account identifier. The identifier is assigned by the authentication service and is not selected for the purpose of the tie-break.
Reward
The winner receives one month of Workout Premium access. If the winner already has an unused prior Battle reward period, the new month begins after that period; otherwise it begins when the monthly result is finalized. The reward has no cash value, is not transferable, and does not include the separate Nutrition Plan.
Administration
GymShape may delay or withhold a reward while investigating suspected fraud, manipulation, account deletion, technical failure, or a violation of these Terms. If a challenge cannot lawfully operate in a location, participation and the reward may be unavailable there. Questions about the monthly challenge may be sent to support@gymshapeapp.com.
11. Intellectual property
GymShape software, design, branding, text, exercise content, meal content, images, and other materials are owned by or licensed to GymShape unless stated otherwise. These Terms grant a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app.
12. Service availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or availability in every country or on every device.
13. Account suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or serious violations of these Terms.
You may stop using GymShape or permanently delete your account at any time. See the Delete Account page.
14. Disclaimers
GymShape is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Personalized plans are generated from information you provide and may not be suitable for every individual.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymShape and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, reliance on fitness or nutrition information, service interruptions, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
Before formal proceedings, contact support@gymshapeapp.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Unresolved disputes may be submitted to competent courts in North Macedonia unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when features, legal requirements, or business practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
