Include the email address connected to your GymShape account and a short description of the problem. Never send your password, Apple Account password, Google password, purchase receipt, or private security code by email.
Account help
- Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen for an email/password account.
- Use the same sign-in provider you originally used: email, Google, or Apple.
- Account deletion is available inside GymShape and is also explained on the Delete Account page.
Purchase and access help
- Workout Premium and Nutrition Plan are separate prepaid products.
- Plans provide fixed 1, 3, or 6 month access and do not renew automatically.
- On iPhone, use Restore Purchases on the relevant purchase screen if eligible access is missing.
- Refund eligibility is controlled by the store that processed the purchase and applicable law.
